As human beings, we all share three aspects of our being that together make us a unique individual, yet very different. These apsects are:
Body
Soul
Spirit.
A fine meal does far more than stave off our hunger, it feeds, nourishes and contributes to essential cell replacement. So it is with our being. We are body, soul and spirit.
In our body we understand this process:
Input without output causes inbalance
Output without input brings inbalance
Input and output brings balance
The third dimension is a resource page for those who recognise the need to balance the spiritual dimension in their life, and have the desire to do so.
Every coach will have a philosophy or belief system by which they coach. Some believe the universe supplies all our needs, others believe we are our own resource and provision.
